Hedgerow Products produce a range of chutneys, jams, jellies and dips.

The ingredients for these products are sourced locally wherever possible They are likely to include: apples from Misterton and Bitteswell, Elderberries from Mowsley, bullace and damsons from Countesthorpe, hawthorn and crab apples from Blaby, quince from Glen Parva, and more crab apples from Bitteswell, Willoughby Waterleys and Hinckley. He also uses, his own, home-grown lavender.

All of the Hedgerow Product's range are made in small batches so as to maintain the highest quality and are made when the produce is in season.

As the company grows it is their aim to become fully organic and to source ingredients from the most ethical suppliers they can find.

Hedgerow feature local Langton Brewery Beer in their Apple and Real Ale chutney and use local firm Drivers Vinegar in their products.
