Spring Barrow Lodge Farm is the home of the Blackbrook Longhorn herd.
They sell Longhorn beef that is slow matured and hung for 4 weeks for maximum flavour. They also sell meat from their Jacob and Suffolk cross mule lambs which is hung for 2 weeks.
Blackbrook Rare breed Welsh Pork is produced for the farm by Brooksby Melton Farm College and Christmas Turkeys supplied by Copas of Berkshire.

The Wincott family at Woodhouse Farm are justifiably proud of their home-made Dry Cure Bacon which won multiple awards at the 2004 British Food Awards. In particular the bacon from their rare breed Tamworth Pigs. The products can be bought from their shop or online.
