The Botterill family at Croxton Kerrial near Grantham produce free-range Turkey and Goose for the Christmas market as well as Chickens throughout the year. They also supply game from the Belvoir Estate.
Their 'Three Bird Roast' consists of one of their own geese, boned out and filled with their own boned out free range chicken and pheasant. They also supply one using locally produced venison for the filling. The roast contains no cheap stuffing and makes an ideal centrepiece for a large family gathering.
