Skylark Hill Goat's Cheese, Cropwell Bishop, Nottinghamshire
Skylark Hill Goats, just over the County border at Cropwell Bishop, Nottinghamshire, is a small goat farm with its own cheese-making dairy on the farm. They produce, soft goats' cheese using only the unpasturised milk from their own Anglo-Nubian goats.
They also produce, Skylark Hill Blue, a blue goats milk cheese.
