Soyfoods Ltd are suppliers of organic, vegetarian & vegan foods. They also produce organic bread using a traditional craft process.
The range of breads from Paul's Bakery includes a sourdough bread leavened by naturally occurring yeasts. They also bake normal loaves and rolls. The bread is made from flour milled at Whissendine Windmill from grain grown locally.
Paul's also produce yeast free, wheat free and gluten free breads as well as a range of tofu & vegetable protein products, tortillas and baked goods.
