Gopsall Farmhouse Fresh Ice Cream
Alison Thorp at Culloden Farm, Norton-Juxta-Twycross produces a range of farmhouse ice creams using the farm's milk and eggs.
Flavourings are all natural and locally sourced when possible.
Popular flavours include Apple Crumble, Raspberry Pavlova, and Whisky and Ginger alongside the more usual Vanilla, Strawberry etc. She also makes a seasonal Christmas Pudding ice cream.

The Thorps also produce well matured Aberdeen Angus beef which is sold through W Taylor's Butchers at Appleby Magna and Measham.
