The Harrison family breed Aberdeen Angus Cattle and Dorset Lambs on their farm at Knaptoft.
The animals are slaughtered only 6 miles from the farm and the beef is hung for 3 weeks prior to butchery.
All meat is sold fresh and can be kept in the fridge (until the use by date) or frozen.
