Arthur Vero produces beef mainly from Aberdeen Angus, Hereford, Welsh Black and South Devon cattle, and their crosses.
The beef is slaughtered 8 miles away and hung for a minimum of 14 days. It is sold in 5lb packs and by the joint and conforms to a farm assured status.
Mr Vero also sells whole or half Suffolk Lambs which are supplied by a neighbour on an adjacent farm.
