The Clarke family sell both traditionally reared Lamb and Beef from their farm at Shenton.
The beef, from traditional English Longhorn and also Hereford Cross cattle, is sold in packs containing a selection of cuts. It is available frozen at £30 to £100 per pack frozen. Packs of fresh beef can be made available for people to collect.
The fresh lamb, a specially bred Texel, Dorset, Charolais cross, is sold by the half or whole lamb, to order. It is also available frozen in smaller quantities.
