Sence Valley Murray Greys
Mr & Mrs Harris have a small farm at Congerstone where they rear Murray Grey Beef Cattle which they sell direct to the public.
The cattle are fed on grass and hay which has not had any chemicals on it. They don't use sprays, hand weed, and mow the pasture so that clover develops as a natural source of nitrogen.
This Austalian breed of cattle is well marbled and in Australia regularly wins taste and quality competitions.
The meat is sold by the eighth of an animal (approx. 50lbs). Each pack contains a variety of cuts.
