Freddie de Lisle, the current owner of Quenby, has re-started the production of Stilton Cheese at, what is thought to be, the birthplace Stilton.
Quenby Stilton is handmade in the traditional manner using milk from local Leicestershire village herds and is matured for twelve weeks. It can be bought online at www.quenbystilton.co.uk, from selected Marks and Spencer stores and from local farm shops including:
- Chantry Farm Shop, Melbourne
- Cook's Farm Shop, Newtown Linford
- Farndon Fields Farm Shop, Market Harborough
