Kingston Brook Farm, Wymeswold
Farm Produce
The Hibbitts at Kingston Brook Farm, Wymeswold are producers of traditional and rare breed Beef, Pork and Lamb.
They sell Aberdeen Angus beef, Gloucester Old Spot pork and Suffolk Lamb. A speciality is beef from Guernsey Cattle, much sought after in the top London restaurants, but not widely produced. They also sell bacon and sausage made for them from their own pigs.
Julie Hibbitt holds themed sales days when her produce is on sale alongside that of other local suppliers. These are by invitation – contact Julie for an invite. An example of a themed day is their 'breakfast day' where their own bacon, sausage and black pudding is sold alongside fresh free-range eggs from Manor Farm, Hoby, Yoghurt from Manor Farm, Thrussington, and freshly baked farmhouse breads etc from Kings Road Bakery in Melton Mowbray – in fact, everything you could want for your locally produced breakfast!
The shop is open on a fortnightly basis so CALL before visiting.
Meat is sold to order and at Julie's themed event days.

Hog Roasts
Kingston Brook Farm also now own a large stainless steel hog roaster so are able to offer bespoke packages for hog roasts as well as standard deals, just contact them with your requirements for a price.
