Bouverie Lodge Bison Farm
George and Ruth Wakeling at Bouverie Lodge breed both Bison and Venison which they sell from the farm and also at Farmers Markets in the area
Bison Meat is low in fat and calories and high in protein and nutrients. A relative says "It's like the really best beef and then some!". All that and with less than half the fat of chicken.
Venison is also low in fat and also high in protein with less fat than chicken. Bouverie Lodge deer are humanely farmed with no hormone or growth promoters used in their feed.
