Spring Barrow Lodge Farm – Blackbrook Longhorns
Spring Barrow Lodge Farm is the home of the Blackbrook Longhorn herd.
They sell Longhorn beef that is slow matured and hung for 4 weeks for maximum flavour. They also sell meat from their Jacob and Suffolk cross mule lambs which is hung for 2 weeks.
Blackbrook Rare breed Welsh Pork is produced for the farm by Brooksby Melton Farm College and Christmas Turkeys supplied by Copas of Berkshire.
Completing the line up is a range of Blackbrook Branded Merchandise – Books, Aprons and Mugs!
