Joseph Morris sources all his meat locally to avoid long travelling distances to his abbatoir, and more importantly the stress this causes the animals.

We are looking to buy some meat fro Xmas and you seem to have reasonable prices.
We are however wandering how long you hand the meat before bringing it for sale.
